Legislating and executing the marketing process, and loyalty system.
Analyzing customers' data and coming up with new solutions to improve the performance of our system.
Accomplishing marketing researches and checking the feasibility of programs.
Setting up meetings with customers in order to find their requirements, train them, and prepare minutes of the meetings and follow up the results.
Interacting with customers and providing training programs for them.
Presenting various types of improvement, operation, and monitoring and evaluation reports.

Analyzing the new needs of the organization and updating the customer relationship management system (CRM)
